The concept behind co-buying is that you purchase a part of the property with another buyer or buyers. If a property costs (for example) 100K (£100,000) then you would need to find 50K (£50,000). Finding 50K as opposed to 100K can make a huge difference in time scales. It also means your 'buying power', when you join with someone else, is much greater in that you can purchase a more desirable / better location / larger size property. Still interested?
