	Need a Home?	In todays housing market there are bargains out there but only if you can afford to move. Would co-buying with someone else get you moving faster? The concept behind co-buying is that you purchase a part of the property with another buyer. So what's the advantage? If the property costs (for example) 100K (£100,000) then you would only need to find 50K (£50,000). You may be able to move literally years earlier. It also means your 'buying power', when you join with someone else, is much greater in that you can purchase a more desirable / better location / larger size property. Still interested?
